    Greeks Gone Green is an organization devoted to raising awareness of the environmental issues facing the world today.

    Rho Lambda
    Rho Lambda is a national leadership honor society.  It honors the leaders of our Greek Community here at UC San Diego.

    Purpose
    The purpose of Rho Lambda is to honor those women within the sorority community who have exhibited the highest qualities of leadership and service to their Greek community and their sorority. They are women who have furthered the ideals and principles of the Greek community throughout their years of sorority affiliation.
     
    Requirements
    To be eligible, one must be at junior or senior standing, have at least 2.5 GPA, active members who have been initiated, for at least two full academic quarters and leadership experience within the Greek system.
     

     

    Interfraternity Council

    The INTERFRATERNITY COUNCIL (IFC) is the governing body of the nationally recognized fraternity chapters at the UCSD.

     
    The fraternities are an integral part of the Panhellenic Association at UCSD. We organize many social events with them, participate in each other’s philanthropies, and help each other in all aspects of Greek Life. If you know of anyone who might want to join a fraternity at UCSD, tell them to choose IFC!

    Multi-Cultural Greek Council

    Multicultural Greek Council consists of 12 chapters at UCSD.

    MGC is the head governing body comprised of cultural fraternities and sororities, which represents about 500 members. All of these Latino/a and Asian organizations take pride in their cultural heritage.

    **Their recruitment periods are separate than those of Panhellenic, and so are most activities, constitution, and rules, although we invite each other to many of our events and have many friendships with each of them.
